I spent over two decades in healthcare bodywork — hands-on clinical work helping people recover, manage pain, and maintain quality of life. That experience taught me something that no course or seminar ever could: how to listen, how to assess a situation quickly, and how to take action when someone needs help.
That foundation led me into real estate investing. I started acquiring distressed properties — houses that most buyers would not touch. Cash offers, fast closes, properties in rough condition. I learned the mechanics of wholesaling, double closes, and transactional funding from the inside. Not from a webinar. From doing deals.
Then I saw the gap. Families struggling to find safe, quality placement for aging parents. Overwhelmed by options. Unsure who to trust. I combined my clinical healthcare background with my real estate knowledge and founded Elevate Senior Placement. We help families across the Bay Area and California find assisted living and memory care — for free.
Along the way, I built the tools I needed to run my own operations. Rental property trackers. Deal analysis spreadsheets. Financial dashboards. Other investors and landlords started asking for them, so I started sharing them. That became the digital templates arm of Elevate Now.
Today I also operate Snackit LLC, a vending business, and Hospi Fund I, a hard money lending fund. Every business I run feeds into the same mission: build real things, help real people, and create wealth that lasts.
